For our Family Office Investors, our goal is Long term income for investors tax efficiently and we perform these:
Initiating and securing offers from home builders/developers; profit participation for LandNXT
Negotiating transaction parameters and purchase & sale agreements
Financial analysis and transaction execution
Maintaining a working knowledge of cost control, financing, and project reporting relative to each asset owned and/or operated by LandNXT
Working in conjunction with outside and internal legal counsel
Supervise Department of Real Estate (DRE) processing
Managing profit participation agreements with homebuilders
Manage process that determines product and land plans prior to entitlement by the project development team
Managing sales to various public agencies such as school districts, cities or other special governmental agencies
Other special projects related to land optimization and other non for-sale residential disposition alternatives
